The annual 2018 Directed Energy Summit, co-sponsored by Booz Allen and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), focused on the “why now” urgency of fielding Directed Energy weapons. More than 700 leaders joined in-person and virtually, representing the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine Corps, members of Congress, and the U.S. defense industry, to explore these themes and outline the path to placing Directed Energy capabilities in the hands of our warfighters.
Tasked with creating a brand identity and experience for summit, I devised a brand identity and design system that can easily update annually with new signature imagery.
